With the growth of the healthcare sector in the last few years, the risk of infections from patient to patient, patient to healthcare personnel, within the healthcare personnel and finally to their families keeps on increasing. The last one year has been a pandemic throughout the world with no SAFE place to go to for anyone. Given the situation, it becomes more important and imperative for the healthcare delivery personnel to update their knowledge, adapt to the changing scenario, and always practice the new and safer protocols and processes to ensure reduction of infections

We, at Sebannesi, always strive to provide guidance, education and training on the latest clinical work practices to all levels of healthcare delivery personnel to achieve the safety standards and ensure the delivery of quality healthcare.

We dream of being able to train and teach personnel who would provide affordable, efficient, and healthcare delivery everywhere and to all. At all times!

Training Methodology:

Classroom theoretical training
Workshops, Quiz etc. are organized by us as required on quality control, management of medication, hospital infection control etc
Special demonstration and skill lab facilities are also used, if available

Skill Based Training

Effective skill-based training allows participants to learn conceptual information or necessary behaviors, practice learning the new information or behaviors, and receive feedback on their performance.

Making the most of a training program: Have a discussion with supervisor regarding reasons for attending, what you hope to get out of it,

Post- conference – debrief the experience.

Discuss what you have learned at the training session and how you might immediately apply it to your work. Practice skills that you learned.
